Meet the team
Gene has over 25 years’ experience in the corporate, consultancy, government and academic sectors. He started his career with the U.S. government, later moving to an academic position in the School of Management at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. He has worked in roles as Global Director, Leadership Development Director at Getinge Group, International Director of Talent & Development for Rackspace Hosting, and as Dell’s Director of EMEA Talent Management. He is a Registered Psychologist in the UK (Occupational), NZ, and Australia (pending).

Graham specialises in working with directors, managers, and business owners from the financial, legal, education, and public sectors. He is an accredited coach. He’s a friendly, relaxed man with a wonderfully sunny, optimistic, and positive nature.

For over 20 years, Fiona has worked within complex organisations such as Airbus, BP, and Coutts to support their middle and senior managers to understand themselves and their colleagues more effectively. This not only makes them better leaders and managers, it also means that they can work more effectively in environments where they have influence but no direct line management ‘power’. A keen volunteer herself, Fiona has now taken her expertise and applied it to the charity sector, where the idea of ‘learning to lead oneself, so others choose to follow’ has become so critical.

Fiona is a UK Chartered Psychologist and business consultant with over 12 years’ experience of delivering assessment solutions for clients in retail, energy, financial services, government, and not-for-profit organisations. Based in the UK, she hails from Australia and is also a Registered Psychologist through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Expertise: Executive selection, leadership development and coaching, talent management, graduate recruitment
Favourite Pastimes: Fiona enjoys playing the piano, and going to live music gigs and arthouse cinema, as well as spending time with her young family

Julia has 20 years experience working as a consultant for a wide range of organisations in the public, private, and third sectors – both in the UK and Internationally. She applies psychological principles to help individuals and teamsto gain insight into themselves and those around them, and to maximise their potential. As an accomplished singer, actor, and improviser, she is particularly interested in applying tools and techniques from theatre to support personal development. She is co-author of “Listen! Say Yes! Commit! Improvisation for Communication, Creativity, Teamworking & Leadership at Work”.

With over 20 years experience working in commercial and talent management roles at P&G, Diageo, and Tate & Lyle, Emma has worked globally to identify and develop talent from middle management to board level. She blends her commercial experience with deep personal insights and has lead the development and implementation of complex programmes in multiple markets across Europe, North America, and Asia. She particularly enjoys working with both commercial and public sector organisations that are passionate about their people.

Kerry is definitely the most positive and warm person we have on staff. She has over 10 years’ experience in training and development, working for several multinationals, including Dell, Rackspace Hosting, EY, and AMP, working both in the UK and Australia. She has an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology. Kerry is passionate about capability development and employee engagement.
